1)        You must have a Purchase Order system
2)        Complete our short application form (*see below)
3)        You pay 50% up front, remainder is COD when UPS delivers your order (unless prior       
                  arrangements have been made with us)
Volume Discounting

10 (ten) to 14 (fourteen) items (per order) = 10% discount

15 (fifteen) or more items (per order) = 15% discount
