Weathervane Installation Instructions
Tip for choosing a weathervane:
Weathervane sizing for your
building is generally 1" per foot.

 |
1) Bore a 3/4" dia. hole through ridge.
2) Install a 2x4 (under roof) with hole bored halfway through, in order
to seat post.
3) Install post, plumb, and caulk.
4) Assemble weathervane. The order of assembly on the steel rod
(starting at roof line) is as follows: 4" ball, cardinal points, 2" ball (or
retaining hook), weathervane.
